Sunderland og Leeds United skildu jöfn eftir dramatískt jöfnunarmark hjá Sunderland en Illan Meslier, markvörður Leeds, var skúrkurinn.
Sunderland komst yfir snemma leiks en mörk frá Joel Piroe og Junior Firpo sáu til þess að Leeds náði forystunni og það leit út fyrir að liðið væri að sigla stigunum þremur heim.
Það var hins vegar á sjöundu mínútu í uppbótatíma sem Alan Browne átti slakt skot að marki eftir sendingu frá Jobe Bellingham. Illan Meslier virtist vera með allt á hreinu en missti einbeitinguna og boltinn hafnaði í netinu.
Sunderland er áfram á toppi deildarinnar en Leeds er þremur stigum á eftir. Burnley getur komist á toppinn með sigri á Preston á morgun.
